ABOUT ME
Hello,
My name is Craig and I live in Pontypridd with my wife, my two sons and our three dogs. I have a busy lifestyle working in an office by day, but my spare time is filled with all things fitness related which I have a huge passion for! I love getting out there and getting myself moving and really enjoy sharing these experiences with the people around me and meeting new friends along the way!
I have worked in the fitness industry for over 5 years as a fully qualified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. I really enjoy spending time running fitness classes throughout the week around the RCT area and also helping people with their fitness journey through personal training sessions, gym confidence building, and workout plans. I love seeing others have the same enjoyment of fitness as I do and becoming healthier and fitter versions of themselves!
I am very passionate about being active, fit and healthy and want to help others lead a happier and healthy lifestyle. Exercising and being active brings so many physical and mental health benefits, which I strongly believe lead to a much happier life. I love how exercising makes me feel happy and energised to take on the world and I want others to have the same feeling and enjoyment from exercise whilst also helping them achieve their fitness goals.

I will guide you on the exercises and correct techniques to get you the best results and put an effective plan in place that will help you achieve your goals.
More importantly, I will help you do this in an enjoyable way through my friendly and supportive encouragement and every plan we put in place will be fully tailored to your needs and requirements. I will motivate and support you every step of the way, whether in person or in an environment that suits you and through regular support and contact if you chose to follow one of my fitness plans.
I understand that starting out on a fitness journey or entering the gym to take on unfamiliar exercises can be a daunting experience. I will help build confidence in every aspect of your training. I will support you to have a much better understanding of the most effective exercises, how to use the equipment, how to perform each exercise correctly and with the best technique and form - all with the aim of helping you achieve results.
What do I offer?
- One-to-one sessions
- In person sessions where I will come support and guide you in a gym, outdoor environment or at home. You will have a fully customised plan setting out the most effective exercises to help you achieve your fitness goals.
- Two-to-one sessions
- If you prefer to workout with a friend or training partner, I will support you both in person in a gym, outdoor environment or at home. I will put in place a plan that will help you both achieve your goals and will be there to support and motivate you.
- Gym Confidence Building sessions
- These sessions are designed to help you build confidence either in the gym or before you set foot in the gym. I will help you get familiar with some of the exercises you will be performing, help you to use the equipment effectively and have a good understanding of what to do and how to structure your training. If you prefer to make a start outside of a gym environment, I will be more than happy to come and train with you at a place you feel confident and comfortable.
- Personalised Training Plans
- If you’re simply looking for a plan to follow, I can design an effective workout plan that you can follow along in your own time. I will fully tailor the plan to you and set out exercises and routines that you can complete at the gym or at home. Your plan will be personalised to you and will be developed with your fitness goals in mind.

- Every Thursday (6pm – 6.45pm)
- A fun and energetic 45-minute session! We will have a variety of different exercises and stations using a range of equipment, as well as bodyweight exercises designed to give you a full body workout!
